As the 2025 Giro d’Italia concluded in Rome with a thrilling victory by British cyclist Simon Yates and the blessing of the Pope, another, quieter victory took shape, one woven not in speed or strategy, but in solidarity.
Mexican cyclist Isaac Del Toro, one of the race’s most promising athletes, chose to dedicate his performance to the children of the world who contribute to Colors for Peace by wearing the jersey of Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Italia.
