Across Italy and around the world, Colors for Peace celebrates the International Day of Peace with civic ceremonies, children’s art, and a moving Peace Torch relay in partnership with the Sri Chinmoy Oneness-Home Peace Run. From Rome to Florence and the Tuscan coast, from The Hague to Osaka, San José, Guayaquil, Penne and Juana Díaz, every branch of our community is creating spaces to meet, reflect, and act together for peace.

On Saturday, June 21st, 2025, a powerful and deeply moving Peace Conference will take place at the Fabbrica dei Diritti in Sant’Anna di Stazzema, a site forever marked by one of the most tragic episodes of World War II.

As part of the project "Rotary Creates a Wave of Peace in the World", promoted by Rotary District 2102 Calabria and the Rotary Club Petilia Policastro "Valle del Tacina Centenario", a meaningful event took place in Mesoraca, in the province of Crotone.

In a heartfelt celebration of unity and hope, the non-profit organization Colors for Peace unveiled its latest exhibition in The Hague, showcasing a vibrant collection of children's artwork from around the globe.This initiative aims to bridge cultural, social, and economic divides by promoting peace through the universal language of art.

An important international cultural exhibition of children's drawings and paintings was held in Lucăceni Horesi, Fălești district, Republic of Moldova, as part of the Colors for Peace project. The event aimed to celebrate creativity, friendship, and intercultural dialogue, showcasing artworks created by children from Romania, Moldova, Italy, Bulgaria, and Turkey.

As the 2025 Giro d’Italia concluded in Rome with a thrilling victory by British cyclist Simon Yates and the blessing of the Pope, another, quieter victory took shape, one woven not in speed or strategy, but in solidarity. Mexican cyclist Isaac Del Toro, one of the race’s most promising athletes, chose to dedicate his performance to the children of the world who contribute to Colors for Peace by wearing the jersey of Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Italia.

Today, as many countries around the world celebrate Children’s Day, Colors for Peace is proudly present in the Republic of the Congo. Representing the organization is Laura Mazza, who visited Brazzaville, meeting hundreds of children from the capital.

In the serene hills of Tuscany, the town of Stazzema becomes a living canvas for peace as the "World Carpet" extends its vibrant threads beyond the National Peace Park. This poignant initiative, led by the non-profit organization Colors for Peace, transforms the collective grief of past atrocities into a hopeful message for the future.
